Jose Duarte and Alex Galinberti were in the Xhibition Kitchen with Ceviche.
The Latino/a Student Cultural Center (LSCC) and Xhibition Kitchen invited students, faculty, and staff to learn about Latino recipes and cooking styles. We enjoyed some delicious dishes along with discovering tantalizing ways to make new meals. This event included a demonstration of the dish as well as a discussion about the country and the history of some of the ingredients.

About the Chef Jose: Duarte co-authored a chapter in an introduction to Hospitality book, Senior Services Management, and prepared an instructor’s manual for the Gourmet Camper, a multicultural food preparation and nutritional summer camp program. After finishing his Masters Degree in 1998 he accepted a position developing gourmet adventures
