Enjoy meals at all of our residential dining rooms, Levine Marketplace (Stetson East), Stetson West Eatery and International Village. All offer a wide range of menu choices in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

International Village  is the first college/university dining room in the United States to ear both: the 3 Star Certified Green Restaurant Distinction and LEED Gold Status. This award winning dining room features a global culinary experience. This new dining room offers a taste of varied cultures. The diverse menu includes traditional American fare selections and a wide array of menu options featuring Asian, Italian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Mexican foods just to name a few! Enjoy a myriad of menu selections from our tandoor ovens, gourmet sandwiches, all day breakfast bar, sauté station, brick oven, salad action station, sushi bar, charbroil grills, and the soup station. Finish off your trip with a just made dessert from the bakery.

Unlike the traditional college dining room, the award winning Levine Marketplace (Stetson East) features restaurant-style concepts with food prepared in front of you all day long. These concepts allow you to choose when and what you like to eat. Levine Marketplace is open seven days a week. With seven different stations, you can order a charbroiled burger or vegetarian burger from the Fresh Grille, rotisserie chicken from Market Carvery or an omelet from Menutainment, anything your palate desires! Enjoy a freshly made wrap at Sandwich Central or a crisp delicious salad at Garden Emporium. In the mood for something heartier? Travel over to Trattoria for a variety of pizzas and pasta. Vegetarians need not to worry, Terre Ve is our concept dedicated to providing you with many options. Home-style baked goods are also available from the Double Treat Bakery.

Stetson West Eatery features a brick oven, flattop grill, cheese bar, specialty sandwich station and hot food concept. The menu offers an array of gourmet pizzas, calzones, fresh ingredients stir fried to order, paninis, potato bar, specialty sandwiches, crepes, salads, and daily menu specials. Stetson West is open six days a week.

The cutting edge venue at the dining halls is the Xhibition Kitchen located in Stetson West Eatery. A variety of programs are hosted in this innovative kitchen which include chef demonstrations, cooking classes, book signings and interactive display cooking.

Students' #1 request for the meal plan was to be able to have a take out option. When you don't have time to sit down and eat in one of the dining rooms, you have the option to use a meal, Husky or Dining Dollars at Outtakes. Outtakes is loacted between Stetson East and West courtyards. One meal will be deducted per visit and is equal to 8 points.  You will have 8 points to spend per meal swipe and the opportunity to use up to 3 meal swipes in one calendar day (12am-11:59pm). Come by and experience a variety of hot menu choices, gourmet sandwiches, salads, beverages and desserts, all wrapped and ready to go!
