Menus of Change-inspired healthy catered dishes

We’ve seen how Menus of Change (MOC) has been transforming the college dining scene, and the positive, plant-forward changes are extending to catering as well. Northeastern University (NU) Dining Services collaborated with the school’s human resources department and used MOC principles to create a healthier, more sustainable take on barbecue picnic called HealthyQ.

After ten years on the Northeastern campus, Taco Bell has chosen not to renew its agreement with Northeastern Dining Services when it expires at the end of the fall semester. This departure creates an opportunity to bring in a new and exciting culinary choice to the Northeastern community. Additional information about a replacement for Taco Bell will be announced in the future.
